Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Standard: 5–8 business days

    • Expedited: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard: 7–15 business days

    • Expedited: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or extreme weather.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight/size of the items, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping may be offered on certain products or order totals.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for international shipping.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
