Return & Exchanges

At SpecialtyToolWorks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@specialtytoolworks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer support team will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size, defect), please contact us first at contact@specialtytoolworks.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirming your return status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees are charged for standard returns. However, bulk or commercial orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
